Telecoms has had a bad reputation. Poor customer service, hidden charges and ‘sharky’ salesmen have all tainted our industry.

At Pneuma, nothing gets our blood boiling like a quotation that seems ridiculously low but either a.) doesn’t cover what the customer actually needs or worse still, b.) is deliberately low because they plan to profit off of the overspend.

 

We hate this for one simple reason - we care.

A note from our

Managing Director

I didn’t set out to start a Telecoms business. After suddenly being made redundant from a large technology firm, having a wife and 3 daughters in a time where few people were hiring, I knew I needed to start a business.

While I was offering a web design service a customer asked me if I could provide them with a Telecoms solution. I immediately said ‘yes!” despite having no idea how I would deliver - just that I'd find a way! Fast-forward more than a decade and not only do we still work with this customer, our base has grown to include large corporations and SMEs across the UK. This ‘above & beyond’, ‘everything is figure-out-able’ approach, is still the centre of all we do.

While we are a Telecoms solutions provider our true passion is making life easier for our customers. I know what it's like to run a business, which is why I care deeply about ensuring we always go the extra mile.

Or if implementation is a concern, we will schedule a time to come out and train your employees for free. Whatever goals you outlined for us, we make sure you have a plan both for the implementation of your services and of how we can go the extra mile for you.

Our monthly bill analysis allows us to identify issues like 'repeat overspenders' who should be on a higher tariff, erroneous charges which have cost other customers hundreds or other areas where you could be saving money.

 

We then use this analysis to audit your solution on an on-going basis. Do you have lines up for renewal that could benefit from a new tariff? We have the data to help you make the best choices for your business. Is there a problem with your Account? We will flag it for you.
