Telecoms has had a bad reputation. Poor customer service, hidden charges and ‘sharky’ salesmen have all tainted our industry.

At Pneuma, nothing gets our blood boiling like a quotation that seems ridiculously low but either a.) doesn’t cover what the customer actually needs or worse still, b.) is deliberately low because they plan to profit off of the overspend.

 

We hate this for one simple reason - we care.

A note from our

Managing Director

I didn’t set out to start a Telecoms business. After suddenly being made redundant from a large technology firm, having a wife and 3 daughters in a time where few people were hiring, I knew I needed to start a business.

While I was offering a web design service a customer asked me if I could provide them with a Telecoms solution. I immediately said ‘yes!” despite having no idea how I would deliver - just that I'd find a way! Fast-forward more than a decade and not only do we still work with this customer, our base has grown to include large corporations and SMEs across the UK. This ‘above & beyond’, ‘everything is figure-out-able’ approach, is still the centre of all we do.

While we are a Telecoms solutions provider our true passion is making life easier for our customers. I know what it's like to run a business, which is why I care deeply about ensuring we always go the extra mile.

Once you're happy with our proposal we create a plan of how we will deliver on our promises.

If managing costs is important to you, we enroll you in our free monthly bill analysis service. 

Or if implementation is a concern, we will schedule a time to come out and train your employees for free. Whatever goals you outlined for us, we make sure you have a plan both for the implementation of your services and of how we can go the extra mile for you.

TAKING CARE OF THE DETAILS

Did you know your business is probably haemorrhaging money on their mobile bills every month? Our monthly bill analysis allows us to identify issues like 'repeat overspenders' who should be on a higher tariff, erroneous charges which have cost other customers hundreds or other areas where you could be saving money.

 

We then use this analysis to audit your solution on an on-going basis. Do you have lines up for renewal that could benefit from a new tariff? We have the data to help you make the best choices for your business. Is there a problem with your Account? We will flag it for you.

 

We fully manage your solution, at no extra cost, freeing your team to focus where you need them.

PHIL WILSON
MANAGING DIRECTOR

 Phil established Pneuma more than a decade ago and has built a reputation within the industry of honest customer service. With previous experience in the corporate sector including both marketing and product development roles and a long history in senior management, Phil highly values his relationships with our customers. With this in mind he has built a like-minded team of telecoms experts, passionate about customers first.

ANNA CZAJKOWSKA
OPERATIONS MANAGER

 Anna is the bridge between our customers and our Account Managers. She keeps our office running smoothly. 

 

She has over eight years industry experience and a strong background in both administration and marketing.

She loves building relationships with our customers and knows many of them by name. Her passion is ensuring we provide the best possible experience for our customers. 

RUTH WILSON
MARKETING MANAGER

Ruth is our in house 'marketing geek'! She is passionate about helping small businesses shout about what makes them amazing. One of her favourite parts about working with Pneuma is receiving testimonials from happy customers!

Ruth has a background in digital marketing and e-commerce sales.

RACHAEL TIMBERLAKE
SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER

Rachael began her journey with Pneuma as a customer, giving her a unique understanding of what is required from our Account Managers.

Passionate about the Pneuma brand, Rachael loves devising creative solutions & providing our customers with the best possible value for money. She has over a decade of experience in customer service  and enjoys building relationships with her customers. 

STAVROS ELLINAS
AREA SALES MANAGER

Having begun his career in a mobile phone shop in North London Stav has explored various aspects of mobile sales. This experience has given him a unique understanding of what his customers are looking for. His passion for executing his role with excellence was reflected in 2016  when he was awarded, from among 500 applicants, as one of the winners of a national sales competition hosted by a leading EE distributor.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Fundamental to Sarah's work ethic is the belief that “it takes months to find a customer and only seconds to lose them”. She is passionate about providing a service that our customers can rely on.

 

Sarah has a history in various aspects of the customer service industry and enjoys developing good relationships with our customers.
