For   Parity,   keeping   their   one   hundred   strong  workforce   connected   is   vital   to   their   business.  They   needed   reliable   service   and   professional  support  for  all  users.  Additionally they  required  onsite   training   to   ensure   the   highest   level   of  productivity  for  their  users.

We provided onsite handset  &  portal  training to help staff get the most  out of their solution.   This   was   an  excellent   introduction   to   our   “above   and  beyond”  approach  to  customer service.

Since then we have continued to manage every aspect of Parity's solution for them.
