For Agria it is essential to keep their employees connected while on the road. Additionally as their fleet grows they constantly need to ensure they have the best handsets, excellent connectivity and the most cost-effective plan.

 

As their primary concern was swiftly resolving connectivity issues, customer support and dedicated trustworthy Account Management was crucial to the success of Agria's solution.

THE SOLUTION

Having previously worked with Pneuma, when Agria’s IT Manager moved to them from another company he was unhappy with the devices and pricing their provider had offered. As a result of his good experience with us in the past, he instantly recommended Pneuma. 

We began by fully auditing Agria's existing solution and requirements.  The we tailored a solution that delivered the required devices at a good price point. Then we introduced Agria to their dedicated Account Manager and our customer support team. We now work with Agria on an on-going basis to ensure whatever they need, their solution works for them.

TECHNOLOGY

Our first key challenge was to provide the fleet with new iPhones at the launch, which they had been told would be difficult. Since then we have continued to keep them updated with the latest technology and ensure their employees have the best handsets for them at the best price.
